The Metal Plasticity Seminar, an annual event, serves as a platform for professionals in the field of metal plasticity to discuss state-of-the-art advancements, current research challenges, and future developments. The seminar aims to enhance the collaboration between theoretical material modeling, computational and experimental plasticity, and the development of industrial applications.

Now in its fifth year, MPS 2024 focuses on "Material Testing 2.0 for Thermomechanical Characterization of High Strength Steels."
